Ovolo puts flexibility first in its Care Free guest policy

Ovolo Hotels gives priority to flexibility within the framework of the new customer policy which is deployed throughout its network.

Based on customer feedback, Ovolo has introduced the Care Free policy, which offers those who book directly the best rates, flexible cancellation and additional benefits.

As part of its competitive pricing strategy, Ovolo will offer the lowest rate to customers who book direct, and even if rates drop before check-in, Ovolo will match the prices. In the event the room was prepaid, guests will receive the price difference as a credit to spend at Ovolo.

In order to be more flexible, Ovolo will allow customers to easily modify their reservation or cancel their stay. Although full prepayment is required to confirm the reservation, if canceled more than three days, guests will only be charged 20% of their total stay, and if within three days prior to arrival, they will be charged 30% of their stay.

Ovolo Hotels Founder and CEO Girish Jhunjhnuwala said it was about providing “freedom,” a concept that keeps coming up in conversations with guests.

“We believe that hotel guests deserve to feel a sense of freedom during their stay – freedom to enjoy WiFi, freedom to eat and drink their dry mini bar, freedom to change or modify a reservation if necessary without stress, and knowing they will always get the best rate,” Jhunjhnuwala said.

“At the end of the day, it’s the freedom to have fun, no permission required.”

Ovolo perks include free breakfast, Wi-Fi, daily social hour, free in-room minibar, self-service laundry, 24-hour gym, loot bag of welcome and snacks.
